The Kansas Children’s Cabinet and Trust Fund (KCCTF) promotes early childhood outcomes through the Early Childhood Block Grant (ECBG). ECBG targets three areas: Healthy Development; Safe, Stable, and Nurturing Relationships in Families; and Early Learning. The ECBG grants serve at-risk children and families through direct services based on a public-private partnership framework.
